First Post/Intro
Updated at end 3-5-18
My name is Christi Lee. My husband is Joey, and I'm a stay-at-home mom to a beautiful, intelligent, two year old girl (M), with a baby boy on the way (E)! He's due November 20 - it's hard to believe that's exactly ONE MONTH AWAY from today. Holy moly, we're going to be parents of TWO before we know it! Soon I'll be referring to "my kids" instead of "my daughter." Just one of many changes surely to come along.
So a little about us...
Joey and I met about 9 years ago while he was working at his dad's auto repair shop. My dad was a customer of theirs, and started having me bring my car there for oil changes and maintenance. Joey or I were both in relationships for 3 years before we started dating each other. It was just perfect timing that we were both single when I needed some work done! He asked me out to play volleyball with him and his friends. We spent most of the time talking to each other :).
Three years later we got married. We loved our wedding, and have always wished we could go back and do it again. I guess that just means we will have to have a nice big celebration for our vow renewals someday!
I got pregnant with M at the end of the same year, and she was born the following summer. Then I got pregnant with E when M was 18 months old, and soon we will get to meet him and experience all the joys of having a boy in the house. We are all so excited!
That's our story in a nutshell. I hope you enjoy my blog and will join me through all the steps of motherhood, wifehood, and adulthood. It's a crazy, wonderful journey so far, and I'm looking forward to seeing what life will bring us next. <3

I decided to keep the original intro in here for nostalgia's sake.
We are now a family of four and Baby E is no longer a baby - he's a fast-paced, energetic toddler! He's quite a big boy, too. He's 15 months old and already 31 inches tall! He loves to go outside and has recently been developing his vocabulary, asking "da?" about and pointing at everything.
M is turning into quite the little lady. She's 3.5 now and she never ceases to amaze me with her kind spirit and incredible wit.
We have decided to homeschool them, so for now we are enjoying the time we have before we begin a more formal routine. To read about why we decided to homeschool, click here, and to read about which method we're using, click here.
Thanks for paying us a visit!
